Age and Identity Requirements

To register and use the nbagi platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is strict and non-negotiable. nbagi reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents to verify age at any time.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations on behalf of another person, or by automated systems (bots), are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing nbagi is lawful in your location.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on nbagi. The one-account policy exists to protect the integrity of the platform and to ensure fairness for all players. The following conduct constitutes a violation of this policy:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers.
• Allowing another person to register or operate an account using your mobile number, payment details, or personal information.
• Registering a new account after a previous account has been suspended, closed, or self-excluded, without first obtaining written approval from nbagi support.

Registration Information

When registering an account on nbagi, you are required to provide accurate personal information. This information is used to verify your identity, process payments, and administer your account. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. The following information is collected at registration:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number is used for OTP verification and account recovery.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (NID) or passport. This name must match the name on your payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) to ensure withdrawal processing.
• Your date of birth, used to verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement at the time of registration.
• A password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. nbagi staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your nbagi account. nbagi cannot be held liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorised account access that is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. Your security obligations include the following:

• Do not share your nbagi password, OTP, or account credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or any person claiming to represent nbagi.
• Do not access your nbagi account from a shared or public device without logging out fully after each session. nbagi recommends using personal mobile data rather than public Wi-Fi when logging in.
• Notify nbagi support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, by contacting us via email at [email protected].

Deposits

All deposits made to nbagi are subject to the following terms and conditions. nbagi processes deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by nbagi, although individual payment providers may impose their own limits on transaction amounts.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account registered to another person is strictly prohibited and will trigger a withdrawal hold pending identity verification.
• Deposits are credited to your nbagi account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, nbagi will investigate and credit the deposit within 24 hours of receiving a valid transaction reference from the player.
• nbagi does not charge any fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside nbagi's control and are your responsibility to be aware of.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your nbagi account are processed subject to the following terms. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a specific exception has been approved by nbagi support in writing:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, nbagi may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of your national identity card (NID) or passport together with a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your current address.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume or public holidays, processing may take up to 24 hours. nbagi will notify you by SMS if a withdrawal is subject to an extended processing time.
• nbagi reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms associated with the account in question.

Bonus Eligibility and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on nbagi are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered. General rules applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited to your real-money wallet only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the stated rollover conditions. A bonus forfeited by the player (by withdrawing before rollover completion) results in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings generated from it.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as an individual registering their first account on nbagi. Players who have previously held an account on nbagi — including accounts that were closed or suspended — are not eligible for new-player promotional offers.
• nbagi reserves the right to cancel any bonus, revoke promotional credits, and void associated winnings if there is evidence that a player has attempted to exploit a promotion through multi-accounting, abuse of bonus terms, or any other fraudulent means.

Promotion Availability and Changes

Promotional offers on nbagi are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. The following conditions apply to all promotions:

• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day are time-limited. Eligibility windows and opt-in deadlines are specified in the promotion detail page. Players who miss the opt-in window are not eligible for that promotion.
• nbagi does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion in the future. The existence of a promotion on one occasion does not create an obligation for nbagi to offer the same or a similar promotion on any future occasion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a promotional offer, the version of the promotion terms published on nbagi.org at the time the player opted in to the promotion shall be the definitive reference. Screenshots or third-party communications do not supersede the published promotion terms.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbagi platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information about live dealer hands, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit platform mechanics in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money through the nbagi platform by depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity, or by structuring transactions to evade identification thresholds.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to gain credits, free bets, or any financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be reversed from your account balance.

Player Protection Tools

nbagi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be activated through your account settings or by contacting nbagi support:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit applies.
• Time-out: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is suspended and you cannot log in, place bets, or deposit. Active bonuses are paused and resume when the time-out expires.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your nbagi account and block yourself from re-registering for a minimum period of 6 months. • Reality checks: Opt in to periodic session duration reminders that notify you how long you have been playing in your current session. Available intervals are 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the nbagi platform — including but not limited to the nbagi brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, promotional materials, game thumbnails, and written content — is the intellectual property of nbagi or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the nbagi platform without the prior written consent of nbagi.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbagi's total liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• nbagi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical outages, payment processing delays outside nbagi's direct control, or decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes.
• nbagi does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. While we target an uptime of above 99.5% annually, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. nbagi will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits nbagi's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by nbagi's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

nbagi reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nbagi will notify registered players by SMS or email using the contact details held on the account, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or updates to payment method names) may be made without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always available at nbagi.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the nbagi platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your nbagi account, a transaction, a game outcome, or a promotional offer, you should first contact the nbagi customer support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. nbagi will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the support team's investigation, you may escalate the matter in writing to nbagi's disputes team at the same email address, marking the subject line 'Formal Dispute'. nbagi will provide a final written decision within 10 business days of receiving a formal dispute.

Governing Law and Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using nbagi, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and competent authorities of the relevant territory with respect to any claim or dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform.
